In order to monitor the number of Dengue cases in all public schools, it is directed that each school shall accomplish the Dengue Case Reporting Google Form through this link: https://bit.ly/DengueCaseReporting22-23 .
The deadline of Nutritional Assessment is extended to September 28, 2022 at 3:00 PM. For those who have already submitted the reports, kindly check your schools' respective emails for comments and clarifications on the data encoded in the report.
The Health and Nutrition Unit nurses and school clinic teachers are invited to participate in the Environmental Health Month Campaign initiated by the City Health Office I. The seminar will be held on September 30, 2022 at the 3rd floor of the City Health Office I, Barangay Zone II, City of Dasmariñas, from 9:00-11:00 AM. The participants shall pre-register through https://forms.gle/6ehXgdwhw3hzZayD8 before September 30, 2022.
The field is hereby reminded on the accomplishment of data on the following: COVID cases, PTB cases and vaccination status of teaching and non-teaching personnel and learners.
The Health and Nutrition Unit announces the opening of Wash in Schools (WinS) Massive Open Online Course namely Accelerating WinS for Division Level and Leading WinS for School Level. The Accelerating WinS will run from September 5 to October 29, 2022 while the Leading WinS will run from September 5 to November 12, 2022. Each school shall have 2 representatives and they shall accomplish the Google form provided in the Group Chat for course monitoring purposes.
Participants who have completed the Infectious Prevention and Control Massive Open Online Course (IPC MOOC) may download their course certificates from PD-LMS website until October 5, 2022.
The conduct of the Annual Physical Examination in schools are still on-going. There will be a reschedule of on-site APE to schools that were affected by the suspension of classes.
